We offer both in-person appointments and telehealth services throughout the state of California. We offer therapy to children, adolescents and adults.

There is ample, free patient parking, on site.

*In-Person appointments are only available in San Luis Obispo

This session is always your first session. If you are a new client, please select this option for an initial assessment with us.

Individual therapy

Time designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, behaviours and emotions. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

50 mins | Get started

Family therapy

Time designated for families to explore problematic interpersonal interaction patterns and healthy ways to improve family dynamics. Sessions are 90-minutes in length.

    You will not be billed for appointments cancelled with 24-hours notice. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours of your appointment time will be billed in full.
